The restaurant features New Orleans-style cooking in a cotton processing warehouse built in 1817. There are excellent people-watching opportunities on the riverfront with many seating options! Try the beignets served with shrimp and grits or a Pontchartrain omelet with creamed spinach, artichoke hearts, and provolone.<\/p>\n

When you\u2019re ready for lunch, go to\u00a0Sisters of the New South<\/a>\u00a0at 2605 Skidaway Road. The restaurant uses special Sisters Seasoning blends with ingredients like collard greens and chicken to create a genuinely Southern dining experience. Wash down fried chicken wings, mac and cheese, and green beans with handmade lemonade. The banana pudding cake is a must.<\/p>\n

Head to 2740 Livingston Road for dinner at\u00a0The Wyld Dock Bar<\/a>. This eatery, located on Country Club Creek, focuses on seafood and regional cuisine. Enjoy the breezes off the water from a bar table as you dig into fried okra and golden fried shrimp. Try the succotash with beans, seasonal veggies, herbs, and butter or the twice-cooked pork taco with poblano aioli. The key lime pie is a local favorite.<\/p>\n

Visit\u00a0Water Witch Tiki<\/a>\u00a0at 2220 Bull Street for a unique tiki experience! The themed bar is named after a captured Union ship that sank in 1864. The menu includes cocktails like La Noche Loca, made with tequila, brut, mango nectar, and lime. Then tuck yourself in at\u00a0this swanky Savannah-style vacation rental<\/a>, soaking in old-world charm.<\/p>\n
